In today’s digital world, you are surrounded by distractions everywhere, you will find them wherever you go. Once you get stuck in this, you will miss a lot that you deserve. To achieve a meaningful life and accomplish our goals and commitments, we need to get the skills how to control them.

Distraction harms us in many ways. When you get a notification and you are working on an important project, if you will check your phone, it will take a lot of time to come back on your track. You will see one thing and a number of distractions or you can say traps are thrown at you.

Distraction harms us in the following ways-

  • Diminish productivity
  • Waste your time and energy
  • Delays your goals
  • Deprive you from the purposeful life
  • Declutter your life
  • Overthinking
  • Restlessness
  • Lead to comparison, jealousy, anger
  • Lead to a regretful life

When you are working or doing a project for a long time, you will check your phone and use social, media to divert your mind. It is human psychology that we can not do one thing for a long time we need some change. You watch TV series, watch sports, browse internet…
