Understanding is deeper than knowledge, there are so many people who know you but very few understand you “ — Nicolas Cage

Understanding is one of the powers of human beings. Most conflicts arise when we don’t understand others and situations.

I have seen people have no time to understand things, they just reach the conclusion of what they see in front of them. For any kind of situation, if you will dig deep and look at the situations of others consciously, you will understand everything.

In a Team, if you will understand the personalities of all employees, they will be more productive, in any relationship, if both husband and wife understand each other, there will be no conflicts. If parents understand their kids there will be no more differences. You meet a lot of people, and some will like you and some not, but you should understand that you won’t be liked by everyone, every person has their own situations, interests, and passions that differentiate each other.

People are attracted to people who are similar to them and have the same interests. People who do not have the same interests will not understand each other. Every person has their own interests and background. If we will understand their situations, there will be no conflict.

Understanding People

In the world, there are so many types of personalities. Some of them are loud, some are quiet or you can say introverts and extroverts. Some people are goal-oriented, and some live in the moment. Some people are funny and some are serious. Some people are kind-hearted, and some are very sensitive. When you are good at understanding people, whenever you are around people, either at work or social, you will get a better idea of how to deal with them. Even in a family with the same mother, you will see kids with different personalities. My both kids have different personalities, one is very thoughtful and strategic and the other is assertive and observer. When kids of the same mom can be different, then how can you find the same people outside. There are so different personalities everywhere.

The MBTI Types

The Myers-Briggs Type Indicator is so popular and designed to identify a person’s personality type, strengths, and interests. It is widely used as a psychological instrument and for career selection throughout the world. This tool was introduced by Isabel Myers and her mother Katherine Briggs based on the work of Carl Jung’s theory of personality types.

Each type is then listed by its four-letter code:
